According to the directives of Central Bank of Iraq – Directorate General of Inspection Exchange and Credit/ Fighting Money Laundry Office according to their letter No. (2) dated 17/3/2010 and due to the emergence of foreign currency withdrawn from circulation (Cancelled notes) specially currencies of Eastern Europe in the Local Market in addition of existing different  kind of false currencies. Because of the lack of previous experience about this kind of currencies with the citizens and employees working in money Exchange field  so would you please never deal with unknown currencies and test the known currencies carefully to be sure of not being false or inquire about that with the specialized Money Exchange Company and dealing  with permitted Money Transfer company exclusively and companies of selling and purchasing Foreign currencies to secure not to be a victim of scam operations.
